Orderfy is a fulfillment company in Plano, Texas, and we do three jobs for online brands: Shopify and DTC fulfillment, Amazon FBA prep, and shipping Amazon FBM orders. That’s the whole list. We don’t store pallets for manufacturers or run freight for retailers, because a building set up for that work is slow at the thing ecommerce brands need most: getting single orders out the door quickly and correctly.
The brands we work with are past the garage stage. They’re shipping real volume, adding channels, and running promotions that can triple a normal day. What they need from a warehouse is simple to say and hard to do: orders out the same day, the right item in every box, and stock counts they can trust when they’re deciding what to reorder.
And when something does go wrong, you shouldn’t have to file a ticket to find out why. Every brand we ship for can reach the people running the floor that day. You get a name and a phone number, not a queue.
We didn’t set out to reinvent fulfillment. We set out to fix the things that frustrate brands most about the 3PLs they leave.
Most of them come down to a warehouse that was built for someone else’s business.
A lot of 3PLs take any client with inventory. The same building stores pallets for a manufacturer, ships cases to a retailer, and squeezes in ecommerce orders when there’s time. Your 40 orders from this morning are competing with a truckload for somebody else.
It shows up in familiar ways: orders that sit a day before shipping, inventory in the Shopify admin that doesn’t match the shelf, a support portal that answers in 48 hours, and a peak season where your account manager goes quiet. None of it is dramatic. All of it costs you customers.
We only do ecommerce, so everything in the building serves it. Fast sellers live closest to packing. Every item is scanned when it’s picked and checked again before the box closes. Orders are worked in waves timed to the carrier pickups, so anything in before the daily cutoff leaves the same day.
We connect to your store directly, so orders arrive as they’re placed and tracking and stock levels flow back without anyone exporting a file. Shopify orders, FBM orders and FBA prep all draw from one inventory pool in one building, so adding a channel doesn’t mean splitting your stock.
