These terms cover your use of orderfyfulfillment.com (the “Site”), including the articles, calculators, templates and forms on it. “Orderfy,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Orderfy, based in Plano, Texas. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the Site.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
These terms apply to the Site only. If you become an Orderfy client, the fulfillment services we provide are governed by a separate written services agreement. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the services agreement controls.
Our articles, guides and templates are written to help ecommerce brands think through fulfillment decisions. They are general information, not legal, tax, customs, financial or professional advice for your specific situation. Rules set by carriers, marketplaces and government agencies change often, and something that was accurate when we wrote it may not be accurate when you read it. Check current requirements with the relevant source, and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that matters to your business.
The calculators on the Site, including the 3PL Cost Calculator and Warehouse Space Calculator, produce rough estimates from the numbers you enter and the assumptions described on each tool’s page. Their results:
Orderfy’s pricing is only binding when it’s set out in a signed services agreement. Please don’t sign a lease, buy equipment, hire staff or make other significant commitments based only on a calculator result.
The Site’s text, graphics, tools, code and design belong to Orderfy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You’re welcome to read, print and share pages for your own business use, and to quote short passages with a link back to the original page.
Without our written permission, you may not:
When you submit a form on the Site, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you’re entitled to share it. You agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry and our services. We will only send you text messages if you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Please use the Site lawfully and considerately. You agree not to:
The Site links to websites and services run by others, such as carriers, marketplaces and government agencies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site, including tools and downloadable templates, at any time. We don’t promise that the Site will always be available or free of errors.
THE SITE AND EVERYTHING ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ORDERFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ORDERFY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If you misuse the Site or break these terms and a third party brings a claim against Orderfy as a result, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we’d like to hear about it first: contact us and we’ll try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. If that doesn’t work, any lawsuit relating to the Site or these terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and both you and Orderfy consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Orderfy about your use of the Site.
