1. Information You Give Us

When you fill in a form on the Site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

• your name, email address, phone number and company name;
• details about your business, such as order volume, services you’re interested in, your timeline and how you heard about us;
• anything you write in a message to us; and
• for template downloads and newsletter sign-ups, your name, email address and company.

If you call or email us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site and the service that hosts it record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the page that referred you. We use it to keep the Site running, secure and working properly.

If we use analytics or advertising tools on the Site, they may set cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use it and how our advertising performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although some features may not.

Our calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type into the 3PL Cost Calculator are not sent to us. If a tool asks for your email address so it can send you results, we collect that address and the inputs needed to prepare them.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and discuss our services with you.
• To send you the template, guide or results you requested.
• To send occasional emails about fulfillment topics or our services, if you’ve signed up or it’s related to an inquiry you made. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Who We Share It With

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as hosting, email, form handling and customer-relationship tools, and only for the purpose of providing those services to us;
• when required by law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our clients or others; and
• as part of a merger, sale or other transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as it’s useful for the relationship, for example while we’re discussing or providing services, and then for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No website or system is completely secure, though, so please don’t send sensitive information such as payment card details through our forms.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them. You can also contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including under Texas and other US state privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We’ll respond to requests as the law requires and won’t treat you differently for making one. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Children

The Site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above, and if the changes are significant we’ll make that clear on the Site.
