Orderfy is small on purpose. The people listed here aren’t a layer of account managers between you and the warehouse. They run it, and each of them can be reached directly.
Below is what each person looks after, so you know who to call about what. If you’re not sure, call anyone. They’ll know who has the answer.
[Founder] owns Orderfy and sets the standards the rest of the team works to: how every order is checked before it leaves, how quotes are put together, and how quickly a problem gets a real answer.
Talk to [Founder] if you’re deciding whether Orderfy is the right fit for your brand, if you have a question about pricing or your agreement, or if something isn’t being fixed as quickly as it should be.
[GM] runs Orderfy day to day and is usually the first person a new brand works with. That covers quotes, onboarding, and making sure what was agreed in the first conversation is what happens on the floor.
Call [GM] about getting started, changes to your account, invoices, or planning ahead for a product launch or peak season.
[Ops Manager] is responsible for the processes behind every order: how inventory is received and given a location, how orders are picked and checked, and how the day is planned around carrier pickups.
Talk to [Ops Manager] about store integrations, special packing instructions, kitting, FBA prep requirements, or anything to do with how your orders are handled.
[CS Manager] looks after the brands we ship for once they’re up and running: questions about specific orders, address changes, lost or damaged shipments, and returns reporting.
When something about an individual order needs sorting out, [CS Manager] is usually the quickest route to an answer.
[Warehouse Manager] runs the floor: the team, the schedule, and the daily push to have every order packed before the trucks arrive. Receiving, cycle counts and returns processing all report here.
