Where Orderfy is stronger
- No warehouse to run. You do not lease space, hire pickers or buy scanners. Same-day shipping is available.
- A built-in inventory manager for your Amazon stock. Orderfy Prep clients get the Orderfy Prep WMS at no extra cost. Clients can see inventory, track orders at every stage and update product prices from the WMS.
- Lower freight costs into Amazon. Consolidated FTL is often cheaper than small parcel for large shipments. Your cost depends on volume, lane and season.
- A central location. Ground shipping from the center of the US reaches both coasts, depending on carrier and service level.
- Photos and a direct line. We photograph every delivery and the day's outbound orders and pallets, and clients get direct communication channels for 24/7 access to our warehouse team.
Pricing: software license vs per-order fulfillment
ShipHero does not publish rates. Its 3PL page says "Custom pricing for your order volume," and Capterra lists its plans as custom quotes. Third-party sites quote community-reported figures, such as roughly $2,000 a month for a 3PL license (Costbench, last verified July 2026, medium confidence), but treat those as unverified.
