We’re Orderfy, a Shopify 3PL in Dallas–Fort Worth, so we’ve listed ourselves first. Every other company here was checked on its own website and its Shopify App Store listing on October 23, 2026, with links at the end. Where a company’s own pages disagree, we say so. Prices and policies change, so confirm details with each company.

Quick Answer

The right Shopify 3PL depends on your volume, catalog and where your customers are. Orderfy suits high-volume Shopify brands that want one central warehouse reaching both coasts in 1–3 days, inventory live within 24 hours, guaranteed order accuracy, photos of every shipment and Amazon FBA prep in the same building. ShipBob, ShipMonk, Stord and Flowspace suit brands that want many warehouses. Flexport is Shopify’s preferred Fulfillment Network partner. Red Stag suits heavy or bulky products, and ShipHype suits smaller catalogs selling in both the US and Canada.

How We Chose

We included 3PLs that sell fulfillment to Shopify brands today, that high-volume brands commonly shortlist, and that publish enough about their warehouses, Shopify connection and service levels to compare. For each one we read its own website and its Shopify App Store listing on October 23, 2026. We note where a company’s pages disagree with each other, and we quote published claims as claims.

How to Choose a Shopify 3PL at High Volume

  • Start with where your customers are. Export three months of orders by state. One central warehouse reaches both coasts in 1–3 days by ground; a multi-warehouse network gets closer to each coast but splits your inventory, receiving and storage.
  • Get receiving times in writing. Inventory sitting on a dock isn’t for sale. The published times above range from 24 hours to 17 days.
  • Get the accuracy terms in writing. Published terms above range from no guarantee, to a free reship, to reimbursement plus a credit. Know what happens when an order goes out wrong.
  • Check the Shopify connection. Ask whether the 3PL reads Shopify tags, handles bundles and split orders, and writes tracking back, and whether it has to be your only fulfillment service.
  • Read the minimums and fees. Monthly minimums, per-warehouse fees, signup deposits and storage minimums change your real cost more than the pick fee does. Our guide to reading a 3PL quote covers each line.
  • Ask who you’ll talk to. A ticket portal, an account manager, or the warehouse team directly.
  • Plan for peak. Ask how much notice a launch or sale needs, and whether receiving and shipping times change in Q4.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on your volume, catalog and where your customers are. Orderfy is built for high-volume Shopify brands that want one central US warehouse, inventory live within 24 hours, guaranteed order accuracy and Amazon FBA prep in the same building. Brands that want many warehouses or international fulfillment often look at ShipBob, ShipMonk, Stord or Flowspace, and brands with heavy or bulky products look at Red Stag.

Shopify’s Fulfillment Network page lists Flexport as its preferred partner, alongside Amazon MCF, Bigblue, DHL, GoBolt, Mayple, Shipfusion and ShipBob. ShipMonk also appears in the Fulfillment Network app (checked October 23, 2026).

Of the nine here, Orderfy publishes its starting pick and pack rate ($1.00 per order for high-volume, single-item orders) and its FBA prep rates ($0.38–$3.00 per unit), ShipHype publishes a full price list, and Ryder E-commerce lists a starting pick and pack rate on its Shopify App Store listing. The others quote from your numbers.

ShipBob says brands can start at about 1,000 orders a month, Flowspace says it’s most valuable from 1,000 orders a month, ShipHype charges a $999 monthly fee per warehouse below 500 orders, and Flexport has a $5,000 monthly minimum spend. Orderfy has no volume minimum; smaller accounts pay a monthly account fee of $0–$999.

Some put it in writing. Red Stag guarantees zero mispicks, ShipHype guarantees 100% pick accuracy with reimbursement up to $100 an order, and Orderfy reships a wrong or incomplete order free and credits its fulfillment fee. Others publish an accuracy rate without a guarantee.

Published receiving times range from 24 hours (Orderfy) and 2 days (Red Stag, guaranteed) to 1–3 days (ShipBob and Flexport) and up to 17 days for large catalogs (ShipHype’s estimate). Ask for the number in writing, and ask what changes in Q4.
