Where ShipHype Is Stronger

  • US and Canada. ShipHype has warehouses in Ontario and British Columbia as well as California and New Jersey, so it can ship to Canadian customers from Canadian stock. It isn’t the importer of record and doesn’t offer customs brokerage, and using warehouses in both countries means two account management fees. Orderfy ships from Texas only.
  • Warehouses on both coasts. Stock in California and New Jersey sits closer to customers on each coast. You pay storage and receiving in each warehouse you use.
  • A published price list. ShipHype lists pick and pack, storage, receiving, returns and other charges on its website, so you can estimate costs before a call.
  • More sales channels. TikTok Shop, Walmart and other marketplaces connect directly, and retail EDI runs through SPS Commerce, at $1,000 to set up plus $499 a month per retailer.
  • A broader accuracy reimbursement. For a wrong item, ShipHype reimburses product cost, pick and pack and postage up to $100 an order, plus a $5 credit. Orderfy reships the order free and credits its fulfillment fee.

Where Orderfy Is Stronger

  • Inventory live in 24 hours. Orderfy receives your inventory and makes it available to sell within 24 hours of delivery. ShipHype’s own pages give receiving times from under 48 hours to 1–3 business days, and its SLA page estimates 2 days for fewer than 10 SKUs up to 17 days for 100 or more, with 2 more days in Q4. When you restock before a launch, every day of receiving is a day without stock to sell.
  • One inventory that reaches both coasts. From Dallas–Fort Worth, ground shipping reaches both coasts in 1–3 days without splitting stock between warehouses, so you pay one set of storage and receiving charges and reorder against one count.
  • Photos without asking. We photograph every delivery when it arrives and your packed orders and pallets every day before pickup, and attach the photos to the shipment in your portal. ShipHype offers photos as a value-added service on request.
  • Direct access to the warehouse team. Your team and our warehouse leads share a WhatsApp group, so questions go to the people who received, packed or shipped your inventory.
  • Amazon FBA prep for more sellers. ShipHype only takes private-label FBA brands that also ship DTC orders through it, and doesn’t support retail arbitrage. Orderfy Prep works with FBA-only and wholesale sellers, includes Orderfy WMS, and ships into Amazon by consolidated FTL, which typically costs about a third of small parcel.

Pricing

ShipHype publishes a full price list. Its pricing page leads with “from $1.17/order”, while its complete price list shows pick and pack from $1.50 per order for pre-packaged items to $2.43+ for a corrugated box, with weight-based rates up to $11.00 an order at 46–50 lb. Storage runs $3 a month for a small bin, $5 for a large bin, $20 for a shelf and $40 for a pallet, and each SKU needs its own storage spot. Receiving is free for the first 4 hours of put-away (its calculator says 2), then $40 an hour.

ShipHype also charges a $999 monthly account management fee per warehouse, waived in months you ship 500+ orders, and a signup deposit from $1,000 (1–19 SKUs) to $10,000 (100+ SKUs). Non-storage spend must at least equal storage spend each month, and card payments carry a 4% fee.

Orderfy quotes from your numbers: orders per month, items per order, storage, receiving and packaging. Pick and pack starts as low as $1.00 per order for high-volume, single-item orders, and every charge is itemized, including how postage is billed. Smaller accounts pay a monthly account fee of $0–$999, depending on volume and services; high-volume accounts pay none.

Compare both on the same three months of orders. Our guide to reading a 3PL quote shows what to look for.

Support

ShipHype assigns a dedicated account manager from day one, with phone and email support. Its homepage cites an average response time under 5 minutes, and weekend requests are handled the next business day.

At Orderfy, your team and our warehouse leads share a WhatsApp group. Questions go to the people who received, packed or shipped your inventory, and answers include photos when needed.

What Reviewers Mention About ShipHype

On Trustpilot, ShipHype has a 4.2 rating from 26 reviews, and on Clutch, 5.0 from 4 reviews (both checked October 23, 2026). Reviewers praise fast communication, hands-on account managers and how ShipHype handles peak-season spikes. The few complaints mention price, a cross-border delivery delay and carrier charges worth checking on invoices.

Which Should You Choose?

  • Pick ShipHype if you need US and Canadian warehouses, want a full price list before talking to sales, sell through TikTok Shop, Walmart or retail EDI, and keep your catalog under about 50 SKUs.
  • Pick Orderfy if you’re a high-volume Shopify brand that wants inventory live within 24 hours, one central warehouse that reaches both coasts in 1–3 days, photos of every shipment, direct access to the warehouse team and guaranteed order accuracy, with Amazon FBA prep in the same building.
  • If you’re not sure, export three months of orders by destination. If many customers are in Canada, a cross-border setup matters. If they’re spread across the US, compare transit times from Dallas against a split between California and New Jersey.
