What happens after I send the form?

We review your details and reply within one business day. If we’re the right fit, you’ll pick a time for a short call, then get an itemized quote with every charge explained.

How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day. If you’d rather talk now, call or text (469) 833-4101, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.

Is there a minimum volume?

No. We’re built for high-volume Shopify brands and Amazon sellers. Smaller accounts pay a monthly account fee of $0 to $999, depending on volume and services, and high-volume accounts pay none.

How is pricing set?

We quote from your numbers: orders or units per month, SKU count, items per order, storage, receiving and packaging. Every charge is itemized before you sign, including how postage is billed. Amazon FBA prep runs $0.38 to $3.00 per unit. See our pricing.

Can I tour the warehouse?

Yes. Our warehouse is at 1824 N 1st St Ste 400, Garland, TX 75040, in Dallas–Fort Worth. Ask on your call and we’ll set up a visit.

Do you also handle Amazon FBA prep?

Yes, through Orderfy Prep. We inspect, label, bag, bundle and box your inventory to Amazon’s rules and ship it into Amazon, with every unit tracked in Orderfy WMS at no extra cost.
