Yes. Every item goes through a two-step scan check: it’s scanned when it’s picked and checked again before the box is sealed. If we ship a wrong or incomplete order, we reship it free and credit that order’s fulfillment fee. Accuracy is tracked in Orderfy WMS, our proprietary WMS built in-house, and we can put accuracy commitments in a written SLA with fee credits.

You can see the work and reach the people doing it. Every inbound delivery and every day’s outbound orders are photographed and attached in your portal, and your team shares direct communication channels, like WhatsApp and Slack, with our warehouse leads instead of a ticket queue. Our central warehouse reaches both coasts in 1–3 days by ground.

Everything in one place. Orderfy WMS, our proprietary WMS built in-house, gives you full visibility into your inventory and products, tracks every order at every stage, and follows Amazon FBA prep from arrival at our warehouse to sellable on Amazon. You can also update your product prices from it.

We move you in. Our team handles the software setup with you, and you get written documentation for onboarding, switching over and day-to-day use of Orderfy WMS. Once your products and inventory are ready, you can be live as fast as the same day.

Yes, through Orderfy Prep. We inspect, label, bag, bundle and box your inventory to Amazon’s rules, create the shipment in Seller Central and ship it to Amazon by small parcel, LTL or consolidated full-truckload freight. Every unit is tracked in Orderfy WMS, included at no extra cost.

Shopify fulfillment is quoted from your numbers, with every charge itemized before you sign, including how postage is billed. Amazon FBA prep runs $0.38 to $3.00 per unit. There’s no volume minimum: smaller accounts pay a monthly account fee of $0 to $999, and high-volume accounts pay none. Billing is weekly, with autopay. See our pricing.
