Amazon stopped prepping inventory for US sellers on January 1, 2026, so every unit you send into FBA now has to arrive labeled and packaged correctly. When it doesn’t, units get stuck in problem receiving, fixed for a fee, or refused, and a listing that was selling well can go out of stock while it’s sorted out.
Have your factory ship to us instead. We count the delivery, check it for damage and wrong items, apply FNSKU labels, bag and bundle what needs it, pack cartons within Amazon’s limits, and book the shipment into the fulfillment center Amazon assigns.
Whatever isn’t going to Amazon yet stays with us as backstock, ready to ship to FBA in smaller batches or to fill your Shopify and FBM orders from the same shelves.
Orderfy Prep WMS
Our prep WMS is your inventory manager. See what arrived, what was counted and packed, what shipped to Amazon, and the sale value of everything you’ve sent in. Change a listing price from the WMS and it updates on Amazon.
The right FNSKU on every unit, placed flat and scannable, with manufacturer barcodes covered so nothing scans as the wrong product.
Bags at the thickness Amazon requires, with suffocation warnings where the opening calls for one, sealed and scannable from outside.
Bubble wrap or boxing for glass, ceramics and anything that won’t survive a drop, so it reaches Amazon in one piece.
Sets built to your spec, marked “Sold as set,” with inner barcodes hidden and one FNSKU on the outside.
Supplier deliveries counted, photographed and checked for damage, shortages and wrong items before anything is labeled, so problems surface here rather than at Amazon.
Cartons packed under Amazon’s size and weight limits, box contents entered to match, and a box label on every carton.
Small parcel through UPS, FedEx, USPS or Amazon’s partnered carrier, palletized LTL, or consolidated full-truckload (FTL) freight to the fulfillment centers Amazon assigns. Pallets are built to Amazon’s requirements and photographed before pickup.
Keep the rest of your inventory with us for FBA replenishment, FBM orders and Shopify fulfillment.
Your supplier sends inventory straight to our Garland warehouse.
We count against your purchase order, check condition and photograph the delivery.
Labels, bags, bundles and protection, unit by unit.
Sample units scanned and cartons weighed before sealing.
Booked into the fulfillment center Amazon assigns.
Counts, photos, what shipped and what’s in backstock, all in the Orderfy Prep WMS.
Inventory doesn’t wait in a queue for a week while your FBA stock runs low.
We keep up with Amazon’s labeling and packaging rules so you don’t have to re-read them before every shipment.
Short shipments, damage and wrong items from your supplier are found here, not in an Amazon receiving queue.
A few cartons of a new product or a full container ahead of Q4, handled the same way.
Hold backstock with us and top up FBA as it sells, which helps with capacity limits and aged-inventory surcharges.
A dedicated group with the people prepping your units, not a ticket number.
Our warehouse is at 1824 N First St, Ste 400, Garland, TX 75040, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We’re open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.
We start prepping the day your inventory arrives. Every step, from arrival and counting to packing and shipping to Amazon, shows up in the Orderfy Prep WMS as it happens.
Many sellers don’t. We build your FBA shipments, print FNSKU and box labels, and track every unit, cost and list price in the Orderfy Prep WMS, which is included at no extra cost. If you rely on settlement-based profit reports, a scouting app or an automatic repricer, keep those tools; the WMS doesn’t replace them.
Small parcel through UPS, FedEx, USPS or Amazon’s partnered carrier, palletized LTL, and consolidated full-truckload (FTL) freight into Amazon fulfillment centers.
We work with 7- and 8-figure Amazon sellers moving 5,000 or more units a month, from test batches of a new product to full containers ahead of Q4.
In the Orderfy Prep WMS you see every shipment’s progress, unit counts, condition and scan history, plus photos of each delivery and outbound shipment. For questions, your team has a dedicated WhatsApp group with our warehouse leads.
We work with sellers moving 5,000+ units a month. Tell us your SKUs, monthly units and what each one needs, and we’ll quote it per unit and tell you when your first batch could be at Amazon.
