How it works
Every step for Shopify orders and Amazon FBA prep, from your first shipment to us to the last order out the door.
The short version
Ship it to our warehouse in Garland, Texas, in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Every delivery is checked against what you sent and photographed on arrival.
Shopify and FBM orders are processed the same day. FBA inventory is prepped and sent to Amazon.
Photos, counts and status in your portal, and a WhatsApp group with our team.

Each item is scanned at pick and checked at pack, then packed to your written spec: your boxes or mailers, tissue, inserts and gift notes.
Orders received by 10:30 AM CT ship the same day by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Tracking goes back to Shopify.
Packed orders and pallets are photographed every day before the carrier collects them, so you have proof of what shipped.
Returns: inspected, graded, then restocked or set aside. You get a report so you can refund or exchange.
Orderfy Prep: Amazon FBA prep
We create your shipment in Seller Central, ship it to Amazon and follow it until your units are sellable.
Upload a buy list in the Orderfy Prep WMS: a CSV with the UPC, title and quantity of each item.
Straight to our Dallas–Fort Worth warehouse, from a few test cartons to a full container.
Every unit is scanned against your buy list. Short shipments, damage and wrong items are flagged before anything goes to Amazon.
FNSKU labels, poly bags, bubble wrap, bundles and carton prep. Sample units are scanned and cartons weighed before sealing.
Our team builds the shipment in Amazon’s Send to Amazon workflow, then prints and applies the box labels.
By consolidated full-truckload freight where it fits, or by LTL or small parcel. Cartons and pallets are photographed before pickup.
We track the shipment into the fulfillment center and through Amazon’s receiving, until the units are in your sellable inventory.
Keep backstock with us. Hold extra inventory here and we send more to Amazon as it sells, which helps with capacity limits and aged-inventory surcharges.
