If you use Boxem mainly to build FBA shipments, print FNSKU labels and track inventory and buy cost, the Orderfy Prep WMS can replace it once Orderfy Prep is your prep center. If you rely on Boxem’s profitability reports, restock tools or its ungating and feedback features, keep it for those.
What Boxem Does
Boxem lets US sellers list FBA and FBM products, build small-parcel and LTL shipments to Amazon, print FNSKU labels, import buy costs, and see profitability by SKU, ASIN and category. It also offers restock tools, ungating help and a feedback requester. It doesn’t reprice; it shares buy costs with repricers such as Aura and Seller Snap.
As of October 2026, Boxem Standard costs $49.99 a month ($449 a year), and Professional costs $69.99 a month ($699 a year). Professional adds LTL shipments, 2D barcodes and up to three users. There’s a 14-day free trial.
How It Works With a Prep Center
Boxem doesn’t offer a separate plan for prep centers. A prep center works in the seller’s own Boxem account, and adding users requires the Professional plan.
At Orderfy Prep, our team builds the FBA shipments, prints and applies the labels, and records every step in the Orderfy Prep WMS. You don’t need to give us a login to another tool.

- Book a call. Tell us your monthly units, SKU count and what each product needs.
- Get your Orderfy Prep account. You get a login to the Orderfy Prep WMS.
- Send your first inbound shipment. Upload a buy list (a CSV with UPC, title and quantity) and have your supplier ship to our Garland, Texas warehouse. Our help guide walks through it.
- We prep and ship to Amazon. You follow every step in the WMS: arrived, counted, packed and shipped.
- Cancel the old subscription when you’re ready. Export any reports you want to keep first.
